One minor point. Given we have a serial complainer re noise & how GH normally goes, is it worth having it somewhere else, say Central Hall or Old St Paul's? Just an idea.

Of course. Sure, all us FATties know how vital it is we have enough NMs signed up otherwise we have to close at night or force KMs to work extremely long hours. I wouldn't want to see that happen.

I think that this is a retained matter but note that the Committee "recommended" the change, plus ministerial proposals. I'll follow it up but think there is no change to the law yet. Worth exploring though, see if we can exploit a loophole.
