e.g. on temporary large posters...... cause if your up for it... yes a bookkeeper must be at the top of the list..... In terms of the corkage, i believe the prices have already increased as you now charge by the mililitre (instead of the bottle) namely because lots of people were bringing in huge bottles of beer, which server 2-3 people which was obviously losing...
