Re: Forest Action Team

My description of how people came to be in the FWG is entirely accurate. All of this was done via a process of consensus decision making. FAT was by no means an afterthought. You should know, Ken, as you were at the meeting in which it was established and you agreed to it, as did everyone present. I...

Hello. I'm surprised no-one else has answered this so far. As someone who was involved in setting up the FAT, I can provide some background info. Previous to the FAT, forest was run by a group called the forest working group (FWG). The FWG was a fairly exclusive little group. Access was gained eithe...

Good survey. They have this question:
How would you like to see Edinburgh's nighttime economy change in the next few years? Are there any types of venue you would like to see introduced?
I said:
More community-run, non-commercial venues would be good.

What is the story with the hinge? Do we still have it? I think I got that hinge in the hardware shop on Bread Street. Maybe we can get another one from the same place.

Did the screws just pull out of the frame, or did the hinge itself break?

Very much like the colour and improved readability. I suspect the removal of many jokes and much innuendo will not be popular, not to mention the nicknames all the dishes had. The Handsome Jack, for example, must always be the Handsome Jack as this is named after one of our dear, departed friends. I...
