AK Press are in. They are having a think on other folks who might want in. Tried Elaine at Word Power. Should be in touch with her tomorrow. Nine has a zine called 'If destroyed still true' and would like a stall. Is this cool? I think London was distros only, but we can open it up a little yes/no? ...

Obviously it would be best if we could fill the whole place with zine stalls, but I think it would be better to have a full hall than a half empty hall.

Shall I tell Olivier he needs to pick another date? Or should I see how many stalls he realistically thinks he will fill?

I know the people at Word Power and AK. I can do that.

Also, Olivier is wanting to do a bazaar type thing with stuff from the shop and other artists/not-for-profits. I thought it might work well alongside the zine fair and increase the traffic coming through. What do people think?

It does seem like there is a real, live front of house team forming at the moment and perhaps the main cafe space can be left to them? I heard through the grapevine that Nix had a plan and it was agreed to. Maybe I heard wrong.

My idea for Monday was to get some ideas going, maybe start work on the chairs, and then present the ideas to cafe and events.
