thanks to everyone who made the Don't DIY Alone fest so much fun... the DIY collective, the the KM's & NM's, all the kitchen helpers, the people who ran workshops or held stalls, and the sound team - who rocked the DIY disco til beyond the wee hours.

ok volly guide is updated with Simone and Ida's suggestions.
I will print some off (10 maybe) and put some in the kitchen. I will save a version of th guide on the Willow computer in the Kitchen folder on the desktop. and here it is too.

ok so:
there's a bit missing here about what's ok in terms of behaviour and what's not ok and volunteer rights etc. insert "safer spaces policy" here. oh wait, we haven't got one yet.

So, at the artists & facilities meeting just now, and last night at the cafe/events meeting we talked about better orientation/introduction for new volunteers. Whoa! there's so much information and so much to find out about the forest, like: "what the hell is the cave and who can I give the key to" ...
