Fire!

I like the letter.
If there is a fire what is the extent of the NM's responsibility in evacuating the building, calling the fire service etc?

Balaclavas

I bought(and have gifted to the Forest) 4 balaclavas, they are in the office in a Leith Army Stores carrier bag.
I accept the moral and ethical implications of the purchase and will not be offended if other balaclavas/hats/bandanas are sourced and used.

Balaclavas

I work near the Leith Army Store and can get the balaclavas if you want, how many do you need? Alternatively there is another army store in Newington, opposite the old Odeon cinema.

The sooner we get things moving the better. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

Edinburgh Cyrenians Farm

This is an organic farm I have visited a couple of times through a community investment programme in my 'proper' job. http://www.cyrenians.org.uk/Edinburghcyreniansourservices/enterprising/cyreniansfarm.html They have volunteers working on the farm so there may be scope for some forest folk to get a...

The potato oven and should we move things around?

We need to see how hot the oven gets and how much steam is produced as that will determine where it can be positioned. There may be health and safety guidelines we need to follow. This may be a good time to have a think about re-arranging where the various fridges and freestanding cupboards are loca...

How do I do that?

Would it be possible to give night managers basic instructions on how the stage sound (and fab new lighting system) works? I have been asked for help from performers and not had a clue what to do.

Crates for bottles

There are a few empty crates which live at the bottom of the stairs. We could make sure there is always one beside the recycling bin and encourage people to put empty bottles in them. It would be nice if folk emptied the dregs out of their bottles and cans before binning/crating them. Could we have ...

Someone had turned off the walk-in cooler last night. I turned it back on when I checked round before locking-up. The melting ice was dripping on the veggie shelves in case you wonder where all the water came from.
