I have to say, every batch of rice I have done recently has been PERFECT! It helps to fluff it up with a fork once it's been cooked.

I was thinking of doing a similar thing, and thought it would be good to do it just in the middle of the cafe. This way people can see how well we treat our volunteers and may even want to themselves.
