zapatista success!

Post by bill » Tue May 22, 2007 12:16 pm

i got this in the post from edinburgh chiapas solidarity group!

Bill, hiya!

I just wanted to say thanks on behalf of the whole group for the event at the Forest.

We thought it was a good day. We sold a bit more than £100 worth merchandise and we hope some people got a bit of information on the Zapatistas and on the Zap coffee.

We are now in touch again with Dan and the shop idea sounds good.

Thanks a lot again. See you around!

Savi/Ida

Maybe. It might be good if you can, as there was a £14 bank surcharge on the last order because of the international money transfer. I'll contact them and find out if they can take a credit card.

Bill has already ordered, though I'm not sure if he arranged payment?

They got back to me. They don't do credit cards at all. It will have to be paid by paypal if we are to avoid surcharge. Pogo couldn't give me our paypal details. He said to get them off Gareth or Jane. Can anyone email them to me?
