To All:

On Tuesday 5th June, at 21:00, the Drama and Performance Working Group did meet.

Attending persons:

Ras,
Blue,
Bill,
Kate,
Nix,
Love,
Laura,
Robin,
Reka,
Indana,
James,
Milka,
Martin,

Points Discussed:

1) Function Of the Drama and Performance Working Group.
2) Projects supported by the WG.
3) Collaboration/Communication with the Festival Fringe Working Group.

1)
We discussed the WG structure within the Forest and the Drama and Performance Groups specific role, The fact that the WG is here to support any Drama and Performance related projects within and outwith the confines of the Forest Cafe. the fact that it has a budget.

2)
We clarified that at present, the groups/projects we are supporting are:
The Forest Festival Fringe
The Forest Alt Drama Workshop (tuesdays)
The Forest Music Group (thursdays)
The Woyzeck production project
Delokiii Community Arts "children are our future" project
Asylum Monologues Music Project
also mention was the matter that all support is dependant on the nature of the project in question and that there naturally will be overlap of personnel and resources.

3)
The Alt Drama Workshop would love to participate in the Forest Fringe, we will clarify at our Workshop on Tuesday 13th June exactly what pieces we will be performing, what they shall be titled, and what kind of durations/runs they could have. these decisions will be put down in writing and sent to James in the early hours of 14th June 2007.

thanks to all who participated. :D

sounds good. what a big and lovely group.

sounds like there is a bit of confussion between all re: fringe and the regular dram groups. i assure you there will be space for all ... the when where and how will be discussed but space is possible.

i hope there are no worries and that next year all will be more solid and clear.

Send to Debbie at theatre at theforest dot org dot uk

I will let her know to expect it.

We can't guarantee to get them all in, there is a lot of demand, but we shall do our best.
