So, we have now started to show the new volunteers around. Hannah or Tove will give the introduction, and all volunteers will get the volunteerguide " Don´t Panic" and the induction check list on their first shift.
where should we put the vollieboard?
Maybe in the toilet so it will be easier to see it, plus we want to have it up to date.
The volunteermeeting on sunday at 5 pm

General questions from the volunteers about The Forest.
We will get a "Volunteer aganda book" and we will go through the vollienumbers and update the contactbook.
We will change the applicationsform and add 3 questions:
how long will you be in edinburgh?
where are you from? (could be interesting to know)
Which other sections in the forest are you intrested to participate in?
Festival rota: 5 hour and 3 hours. Only people who were really confident should do the 5 hour-shifts.

with a multiple choice ticky box section (so more of an easy-to-answer closed question rather than an open question that newbies might not know how to respond to).
