We want a new ADMINISTRATOR!
Re: We want a new ADMINISTRATOR!
Can one person not just do a 36 hour week? I never understood having 2 people do a job that one person can do especially when it comes to admin as unless both people are totally in sync with each other and remain completely organised then you end up having to search around for work/files etc and its so easy to blame the other person when things go wrong.
It's like God's vagina!
Re: We want a new ADMINISTRATOR!
What happens if you only have one person and they go away for a fortnights holiday (or get ill), and all the info is in their head or in in wierd systems only they know? having two ppl ensures this is covered, and everything is in a system more than one person understands.Gandhi wrote:Can one person not just do a 36 hour week? and also, and more importantly, anyone who spends that long in the forest would go crazy. Remember this is a job which like all forest jobs comes with unpaid overtime and massive responsibility.
only if the working relationship has completely and utterly broken down, in which case you have bigger problems anyway. We will be talking about teamwork in the interviews.Gandhi wrote: etc and its so easy to blame the other person when things go wrong.
You could argue that if the forest should teach anyone anything, its the power of what can be done when people work together.
