action meeting on 18/1

I will not be able to attend the meeting. sorry.

possible Agenda points:

• Don't DIY Alone. - what can Action group do to help? can the Action group, please support this festival loads? as in, make sure the Don't DIY Alone Group have access to tools/equipment they might need and that the rest of The Forest can be behind this event.

• Forest Bike Generator workshop.

can this be held in the 'crafty' ? it is now booked for an hour a week 6-8 on a wednesday. Does the Action group support this?

• Radical Library - how is this going? Proposal: Action group get the white bookshelf that has been the freeshop, put in in Action room .. .. i first wrote this before the freeshop move, but it is too big for the cafe. can we get one for the cafe and put this one in the Action room?

• Forest Bikes.
we have a few new bikes, and need to maintain the ones we have. we need to find a bike mechanic vollunteer, Matias seems to be a bit busy/not active .. any ideas?

• Action Room Co-ordinator.
who is doing this job? are they doing it?
