It is time soon for the Woodford Folk Festival again! 25/12/09-2/01/10 campout. www.woodfordfolkfestival.com (also home of www.thedreamingfestival.com)I was even invited to a family christmas this year in UK but HOW can I leave what has become my 'family' destination at this time, for years and years now...? I find I can't.
It is a world event and I share it with people from everywhere, all of us joining in ceremony at the fire opening ceremony/celebration, with our hopes and prayers for a united, joyous, peaceful world.
I feel to do sounding in the chai tent as part of the Spirit of the Chalkboard mornings. Maybe a 'sacred sunrise' thing...they do something along those lines at the folkorica stage with Tibetans, but nothing regular for the chai tent anymore...mmmm. And, all those dance classes....fabulous! I love this time!
