There are now 2 rooms available in Woodcote Mains Farmhouse, just off the A68, near the village of Fala, about 18 miles from Edinburgh. (map here)
there is a regular bus service, every hour during the day, and a return costs £5.20 (Munro's 51/52)

The Farmhouse sits in a quiet garden, with great views over the Lammermuir Hills, it is heated with a woodburning stove (plenty logs to chop!) and there is use of a workshop.

The small room is £175 pcm + Council Tax + bills and is Available Now.
The large room is £230 pcm + Council Tax + bills and is available from mid-September.

The other occupants of the house are Simon (leatherworker), Ian (chocolatier) & Digby (cat).
There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with shared meals and loads of music. This is the house that brought you the amazing "Portnawack & The Woo".
