Hello Forest,

Wow, you guys do VERY cool stuff!

My name is Nichon Glerum, I am, (amongst many other things) a photographer, couchsurfer, vegetarian and... coming to Edinburgh soon!
I am part of a photography club here in Holland and we plan to come over early May. From what I've seen now a visit to the Forest is almost mandatory, I am glad I came across the link on CS.

Sooooo... I was wondering whether you or anyone in the Forest could give some advice regarding a place for us to stay, other than the usual hostel crap we can find ourselves online.
Some squat/artist commune, whatever, seems perfect. I can in return direct you to many of those 'best kept secrets' here in Holland/Germany/Australia.

How long are they staying for? My communal anarcho house has a spare room coming up in May. Cheap but not free. Scottish anti-squatting laws make what they're looking for a bit rarer
