Shhhhh - Forest Flash Mob (let's promote our August!)

Hello hello!

Here's a small idea we just came up with to promote our August events.
Let's do a flash mob/flyering/social experiment.

So.
Basically, as soon as we have some program-flyer-sortofthing printed, we grab some and head to, say, the Royal Mile.
We put up a sign saying "PLEASE QUEUE HERE".
We get as many Forest people as possible to start the queue and when we get enough curious people joining the queue, we'll have someone coming in and handing out programs to everyone.
The Foresters will dismiss from the queue, we grab our sign and head to some other place to do it all over again.

Thursday, 4th from 12am on, meet up at the Forest.
We would be doing this the whole day so people coming in later would be welcome to give us a call and join the queue.

GREAT IDEA.

post a mobile here where we can find out where the crew is at any time, so those who will be joining the cue incognito later can call and find out where it is.
I would love to be there, if I'm not dead by my editing machinery.

I'll post some details on the Forest FB site maybe 2 days before the flasmob so people can come on porpuse if they happen to read it, if not they will just pop into us which is even more fun. Soooo yeah. It would be also cool to have someone to document this stuff (video/photo).

So yeah, come and queue with us and flyermakers please let us know if you need help with anything so we can actually make this happen on the 4th.

We have some flyers for this weeks events, but also soon, tomorrow afternoon, we will need to go and pick up the 5000 glossy ones from the printers, not sure what time yet martin will know. I think we need 3-4 people for this, they are heavy, did it once with two, ouch my arms were sore, maybe we can take the sack barrow.
Oh yeah it's supposed to rain forever from now on.
