Forest BB

Does anyone on this forum know how to refill the bobbin on the Forest sewing machine? I figured out how to thread it normally, and was able to use it the other day. But now the bobbin is empty, I'm not sure how to refill it.

Also, the feed dog (the black metal bit which should feed the material through the machine) is smooth - on most machines it is jagged for a better grip. I found it hard to use because the material would not move at all on its own, though I can imagine there are cases where you would want this. Is there a more usual feed dog somewhere?
