now that we have the budget back for the gallery we need to think how much we can give to betamaps

as the show is for a month there is £50 allocated, do we want to suggest a bit extra as it is a big show and part of the embassy's annuale? is £100 too much?

we need to think about the opening and closing nights, decorations etc. if we don't need it then we don't need to use it!

seems fine to me- we can just see what kind of costs arise- i don't anticpate them being to great

also we have yet to agree on what our budget is
