openings and licensing

Post by mirja » Wed Sep 01, 2010 2:27 pm

point raised by martin: we need to streamline our opening/closing event festivities with our current licensing, I will look into this but all input is good input. Our next event is sometime in late september (Sam Stead) , I'm the contact person so need this info soon but we all will be on sometime or another over the winter, so need to get this sorted.

jane offered to run a liquor selling training session for us, so we would be covered.
i take it this would allow us to handle alcohol in licensed premises , so could be handy, even in general,
any takers?

so, for this the word is still out when and how we will go about the training... meanwhile, for sam's closing we run all the bottles by the cafe to byob-tape them, and that worked fine!
