1 Weekly rotas for cashing up and cleaning the hovel
2 All equipment labelled for upstairs (stage) and downstairs (hovel) use.
3 Coordination of upstairs noise and downstairs noise to allow smooth running of events
4 Improvement to events and performance (ie people turning up to help out the bands/bellydancers)

All internet based comments welcome too (we can bring them up in the meeting).
