please add :
-inventoryof all eqipment
-once inventory done, buy stuff needed (by agree on this at meeting)
-display inventory freely so all can see
-Regular cleaning (hopefully people using the cave will clean afterwards, but general clean is aso needed, this would be made easyer if we know where the hoover is kept)
-Maybe knock out a rota for cashing up so we know when who's doing what, rota could also be used for cleaning
-All people using cave to come to at least one meeting, can these meeting be held outwith the forest office as there seems to be constant interuptions
-greater communication between cave and events
review booking pocedure and cost
-sort out how we cash up ( i agreed to do a spread sheet, but im no sure if that will work now) , have all members know how much the rent is and be very clear what were doing with the surplus money
-sort the drum kit
-get a proper bin
-possibly move into another space, if we can prevemnt sound leaking by moving rooms, we wouldnt need to sound proof, that would save more cash, thus we could get a drum stool
