Hi all !

On Friday night we have the Opening Party !! Before this, there is some tasks to do in the Hall. I created a rota explaining the tasks, how many people...
I booked the Hall for 3 days, so if you have a few time to help us, come come come ! Come when you can ! Please...
I will be in the Hall all the time and show you that we have to do !

HALL
From monday 3rd to wednesday 5th of August


THE HALL NEEDS YOU TO BE BEAUTIFUL !
Please, sent me a mail if you can come, and tell me when for which task !


MONDAY 3RD FROM 1PM


Lights // 1 or 2 people

- Help Magda to check all the lights, and the electric material
- And sign them up with a green tape
- Organise the balcony (just the way to go to the lights)
- Create a nice place to work here for the fringe... and after !

Clean the Hall // 4 people

The hall
- Put all the stuff in the skip (it will be near the Forest Rubbishes, outside)
- Start to clean the stage, and the different spaces in the Hall

The bar
- Clean the bar and prepare it
- Check if the fridge works
- add some lights
- others ideas ?

TUESDAY 4TH FROM 10 AM


Clean the Hall // 4 people

- Finish the list of tasks written above about `clean the Hall`

Black curtains // 3 or 4 people

- fix a black curtain in front of the tree windows which are in the balcony
- we have 2 or 3 ladders, the fabrick, 2 screwdrivers, the screws...

- fix a black curtain in front of the action room door in the hall to have a blackout
- we have all the material !

- fix an other black curtain in front of the 4th windows in the balcony, street side.
- we have all the material !


TUESDAY 4TH FROM 1 PM

Sound

Update a back line in the Hall // 1 or 2 people
- Take some materials in the Cave
- We have to have 1 full drum kit, 1 amp bass, 1 guitar amp
- Clean them ! Because they really need to have a litlle clean up to be beautiful on the stage, and comfortable for the artists

Update the technical stuff // 1 or 2 people (sound engineer ?)
- Micro stands
- Micros
- DJ mixer
- Extensions
- Cables XLR / Jacks...
- And sign them up with a green tape (the same thing which is in the Cafe, but in green !)

Electricity // 1 or 2 people
- Organise the electricity in the Hall (Stage and Bar)
- We have some extensions everywhere... sometimes it`s in the path...

Screen // 3 or 4 people
- We have a big screen, we would you like fix it in the Hall to use it for the fringe and after !

WEDNESDAY 5TH FROM 11 AM

- Finish the list of tasks written above about `sound` and `electricity`

Sound
The P.A. (Wendy) // 2 or 3 people (sound engineer ?)
- find a good place to put the sound stuff
- install the mixer which is in the Cave
- test the Mackies (they are repaired !)
- test the DJ mixer

WEDNESDAY 5TH FROM 3 PM

Baby Grant Piano // 6 or more strong people !
- move the Baby Grant Piano in the stage right (near the window)
