• Distribution – who will send what where?
• Inner sleeves
• Future Releases

Distribution:
The purpose of the record is for promotion of us and our artists, not necessarily money making. We should send out to as many people as possible.

When stocking in shops, see if they take a cut and make sure we get $5 back from each sale.

SHOPS

Dan will take 5 records to Avalanche and poster from bb
Jane will take 5 to Mono in Glasgow, and a poster
Dai will take 10 copies home to Wales, giving 5 to Spills and 5 to My KungFu records

Golden Hour on tour will take some records with (Jane)

Dai will source envelopes ASAP so we can start sending.

Inner Sleeves:
Need doing. We will instigate a weekly funday of colouring in things. Mondays at 5. Jane will make a poster to advertise, and bb it, etc. You should all come and immortalize your good selves

Future Releases:
Forest Records is interested to hear about the planned make-an-ep-in-a-night party. Perhaps we will support you with benevolent guidance and love. Perhaps not. Xxx

I'm on top of the make an ep in a night thing, but I'm also uber busy hectic mental at the moment so it may not happen for another few weeks or so. Any help you wanna give is much appreciated (or perhaps not) and I shall organise a meeting once I've got the idea down properly. Good list of musicans are lined up so far which is good. Don't worry it will happen. Promise, just wish there were more hours in the day.
Nix is helping out with this.

it would be good to do a regular forest records event. not sure how this would take shape really but it's the kind of thing that really helps shift records. obviously many of the people on the record are not there but there may be a creative way to make a forest record event? maybe?
