The Forest is based in Edinburgh and was founded by young American Ryan Van Winkle almost a decade ago.

If Van Winkle – no mean poet himself – has enjoyed his Highland tour and would like to set up a social enterprise here, we should snap him up.

FYI - I called her immediately after i read the piece and asked her to change it. She has. Though she still says they should snap me up. Move to the Highlands anyone?
