To run a cafe to generate and income for all the magic The Forest weaves. To run the cafe to provide vegetarian and (preferably) vegan food, with the intention to convert to a fully vegan cafe in the near future.
The kitchen will keep in mind it's ethical impact, aiming to support local business and to use as much organic and fair trade produce as possible.
The Forest kitchen also serves as an excellent first point of contact for volunteers, so will encourage volunteers to be SUPER VOLUNTEERS and impact positively on the wider Forest Community.
