here is the recipe for the energy balls....
32 - 48 balls
* 1cup pitted dates
* 1 cup soaked walnuts
* 1 1/2 cup raw almonds
* 6 tablespoons malt syrup
* 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
* 1/2cup raisons
* 1/2 cup dried apricots
Place almonds into food processor and grind into a meal texture.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and process into a dough type mixture.
roll dough into balls and roll each ball in coconut.
refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
