I was contacted by some Jains today, wondering if we could cater to their dietary needs in April. I said that we could do food for a few meals, but not if they were going to be around for a week. Primarily, Jains don't eat meat, eggs, potatoes, onions or garlic. It could be an interesting challenge, but we can't go without subterranean food for more than a few days.
Also, if anyone knows of somewhere else in Edinburgh that they could eat, let me know.
