granola yo. can be so cheap to make and full of seeds and keeps forever and yummmmm.
slash oats
but then, i only ever really eat oats for breakfast.

but then again dont people tend to expect eggs benedict after 10.

Used to do a Sunday brunch thing,

fried mushrooms, beans, hash browns, vegan sausages, veggie haggis. Haggis can be prepared in advance and is just boiled lentils and barely mixed with some oats in melted soya marge with fried onions to flavour. Hash browns just grated potato, see magi mix, with a drop of flour. All this can be done on the double hob but the biggest problem is psace and keeping things warm, we used to have a four way ban marie.

Also yes to granola with Greek style yoghurt honey and walnuts. Guess you could offer a few varieties with different fruits etc.

yes, greek yoghurt with honey/nuts/dried fruits but also with other things - rose syrup? pomegranate? could be something interesting now and then?
'American' style morning scones/muffins - triangular monster wedges with maybe parmesan/rosemary, or peach? Easy to make ahead of time, one makes a breakfast with a hot drink.
Spanish style, simply - toasted bread - maybe a basket of a couple of kinds - and olive oil to dip in - could also be a couple of flavoured/unflavoured ones. And maybe pureed fresh tomato with garlic - nice but not essential, in case tomatoes not around. Really simple, really really good!

I'd wanna eat a breakfast burrito - scrambled tofu, pinto beans, rice, salsa and salad.
Get your lips round something hot and thick this morning. Only the Forest Breakfast Burrito will keep you satisfied until lunchtime. Don't forget to come up for air!
They would practically sell themselves.
