I no longer think HOT Water in the public loos is an extravagant luxury. I think we should move to have hot water for the public to wash their dirty hands.

please add to the to do list.

there is hot water isnt there? unless someone took it out, there is an eelecric thing that heats the water as it goes through it...?
Maybe it could work? But it will be a kaleidoscopic blend of mysterious shadows and rainbow hued-dreams seen through compassionate tears.

i think it needs mending. it has no tap.
