ok:

new dvd player is a pioneer and it doesn't have a remote but it does have a handy widget that allows you to control the menu. so that is good.

it is also multi-region and has the ability to play a load of computer files like .avi.

it has a 5 year waranty from richers sound so, if it does break between now and 1990twelve you just need to bring it back.

the recipt is in the Reciepts drawer in the filing cabnit in the office and my adress, if needed, is
13 drumdryan st.
eh3 9jz

i put it all together and we get sound and video out of it but, to be honest, the backs of the amplifier really confuse me. the video no longer works etc. i am totally lost and confused and it would be great if someone bought a new vcr and then spent a day properly rewireing everything back up.

i might get to it in a few weeks but i am no expert. It is a problem, however.

The a/v cupboard has been emptied and cleaned and everything rewired.
The VCR seems to be working ok.
The DVDs, Videos and CDs from the cupboard are in a box in the workshop.
There are spare a/v and audio cables next to the MAC.
