Mr. Fixy Fix is back in town and the fixy fixing has commenced. If you have anything that needs to be fixy fixed or buildy built add it to the list below, and I will do what I can.

List-o-List:

Sound proofing in cafe. Done

Taken from kitchen minutes:

Bins by water tap. Done
Re-calking around sinks and edges.
New Lino....
Shelves are getting fucked / coming apart / losing their laquer.
Staff Loo ::: floor fucked.
Counters are swelling.
Dish water tap goes from cold to very hot and people burn (also it is wrong) Done
Install Tork Dispenser. Done

I make no promises to get all this done, but if your in my good books, and I think your request is an enjoyable task, it will be done.xxx

I saw that coming. I was trying to be funny. Lame o lame.

here's a new one:

the door to / from the cafe to the stair well / loo has a fucked door closer. I tried to fix it (the one on the right as you exit the cafe) but couldn't find a screw driver small enough to tighten the nut. direct me to a stubby scredriver that can fit beteen the ceiling and the door closer and i'll tighten it up next time i am in....

I've tightened it up as much as I can with the back of a knife, for the time being as we dont have the right screwdriver. If it gets worse again, I will take it all down and fix it up good.
