balcony lights

does anyone know how to get the balcony lights to work , as we are going to have artist working up there it would nice to have some lights

i am informed we should try all the fuses everywhere. particulaly the ones on the landing by the doors to the hall and also down by the fire alarm. then we should check that all the bulbs haven't simultaneously exploded. fresh.

we will do this on tues and report back to squadron leader
