Two strikes...

Post by lucky » Thu Jun 21, 2007 9:44 pm

At the last Volunteer Meeting we suggested there should be a Two Strikes policy for Volunteers, to combat people not turning up for shifts.

If someone misses a shift then they are spoken to by Kitchen Managers the next time we see them, and nicely reminded it's really important that peope turn up for their shifts, we rely on them, it'll be lovely to see them at their next shift etc.

So, if someone does it again it shows we can't rely on them as we'd like them to be. Maybe after a second time we ask people not to volunteer for a month.

Agreed?

Not?
