PROJECTOR!

Post by ravanwin » Mon Jul 09, 2007 12:54 pm

Can someone buy a NEW projector or tell me what to buy and I will buy it on my CARD. Please.

We need it for the Forest Festival space and for some outside events in August. Please.

For major purchases like this, you must get an invoice or receipt on paper, or make sure you print one out if it is digital.

Thanks

Anyway, to be more useful, a quick recommendation would be the BenQ MP721, which is on a good price at http://www.dabs.com

About 600 quid.

Any of these recomendations from the kids at WTCDTD???

This one is cheap and possibly nasty: http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/119005

This one is more reliable brand with better connections but is on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PANASONIC-PTAE700 ... dZViewItem

Enjoy!

Nope, I'd still rate my recommendation above theirs.

Their first one is just a crap make.

Their second is a resolution that's really for HDTV specifically, not what we use, and has a very weak brightness.
I love the bomb.

I have a 'skip case' projector
basic as all fuck
probably the bulb would burn out across any given night.
Doesn't impact on the purchase
but it's available in all quarters. (as an extra)

good
Maybe it could work? But it will be a kaleidoscopic blend of mysterious shadows and rainbow hued-dreams seen through compassionate tears.
