Worthwhile to print, say, 50 of these and stick them in the kitchen next to a submissions box?

Yes. Let's do it.

I'd like to see this sort of thing grow into an exhibition in the Gallery. I think it's important that people express what this place means to them clearly. Myself included. I know for a fact that there are people round about with the kind of money that could save Forest from being bought out by some stupid night club or at least help fund a new venue, so we have to

let that love light shine bright on those walls
Be bold and beautiful with brazen brass balls

A piece for this place

Post by danny » Sun Jul 29, 2007 4:39 pm

I still haven't written my piece about this place yet.
I tried several times but the words became
pictures or poems or
rhythms or rhyme
or laid back lazy alliterated lines

And the perfectionist in me
couldn't let any of them
BE!
FREE! for everyone around me to
SEE!
Open eyes, open minds open hearts
The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts

We did get a few returns though, what happened to them?

I don't have the time, but if you could pick this up it'd be great.
I've had it with you. If I had an image of a laser gun I would absolutely position it right here in my hand...
Ha! I have a real laser absolutely positioned in my hand!
