The Forest has a Huge Hall available for Hire

Post by Jonathan » Thu Sep 06, 2007 12:38 pm

The Forest Hall is available for hire at the cost of £15p.h. + £30 deposit.
Special Dispensation is given to charities and other worthies.

If this is too expensive for the event you are planning, The Forest also has a main performance area (the cafe) that can be booked and used for any event free of charge.

While events in the primary Forest space must be open to the public, the Forest Hall is perfect for closed, non-public meetings, workshops, celebrations and events.

The forest can assist your event with the hire of a PA and Sound Engineer as well as a video projector.

To Book The Hall:

* Go to: http://www.aecalendar.com/
* Check the availability of times and dates.
* Click 'Request a Booking' in the upper right hand corner.

You will be asked to pay in advance in the appropriate manner. It's that simple.

The capacity of the hall is 60 and the Forest Hall is BYOB.

nice call martin. also, it is worth noting that, if you are working a shift and someone asks about the Hall and I am not here than you can give them a flyer located in the grey drawers under the till in the drawer labeled HALL.

There are also drawers labeled: CAVE and WORKING GROUPS in case people are asking about those subjects.
