I just scalded myself on the hot water again. Many volunteers do this too. It is much hotter than necessary. Is there a way to adjust the temperature? We would probably save money and injuries.

Yes, but I know and I still manage to burn myself occasionally. IT is *really* hot.

There should be a thermostat somewhere on the hot water tank, I will have a look tonight.
