People:

for future reference... DO NOT paint any floors with a light color. It is impossible to clean.

i think we should totally BAN painting floors with light colors....

agree?

additionally after painting a floor, there is apparently a special varnish that you cover the floor paint with... then it lasts longer...

i'm actually kinda serious. i think if some paint looks cool for even a few days its better than it looking dull for ages......personally i don't care so much about if a floor looks dirty......its the change part of paint that is cool.....

Yeah, I think that the downstairs bit wants to have a white floor to go with the white/black walls. We just need the uber strength varnish whatever that is. The green splodges of colour that are there now could be painted over in Black.
