WALL ART SUBMISIONS

Post by nix » Sat Feb 16, 2008 4:01 pm

hello!

so, I did a poster last week, PAINT THIS WALL... to get submissions for the big wall going down the stairs to toilets...

I got one.

I extended toe deadline to:

SATURDAY 23rd FEB. NOON.

I attach the submission from Katie C. if you want to see it in the flesh, then look in Paint folder under till on filing cabinet.

...

I am also now gathering submissions from anyone that wants to paint in the upstairs part of the building.

Come on painters.. PAINT!

"change is the hardest lesson" i heard.

i am cool with this, afterall;

"the loaded revolver

1. van gogh copied the masters

3. if you try to do what someone else has already done you can only fail

4. if we avoid failure we do not grow

5. if we are not prepared to grow life becomes meaningless

6. to copy van gogh now is to hand the loaded revolver to the enemy

7. victory to our enemies"

furthermore, this is avery big project i would like to check that the proposer is aware that it will definately take weeks to paint it like she has drawn. no shit.

and for the stairwell we have these...
I don't mind where they go, but I feel its very important that they can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
If you don't use them, the Forest will fail! Enough said.

whilst opposed to the principle behind your "name" i admire your avatar.

your submissions are good. gooder than other things.

i feel you missed the point about "failing" if you avoid it we cannot grow. or maybe you are trying this exactly and am failing in order to grow.

either way, death wins.
