a wee post of stuff to talk about , please add more

should we put the gallery on art review? , its a bit like facebook , but only for artist

we need to clean the gallery cupboards ,
we also need more gloss for the window bit .

festival program

our budget , what is it for .

promotion and better attendance at closing party's .

emily also suggested that we also go down to the gallery to talk about some of the issues related to the cupboards and the lights , this may also be a good opportunity to show the new members where stuff is .

online calendar - i was meant to be looking at this. I had spoken to Milk and was waiting for him to get back to me.

Guy the G8 Photographer was asking about travelling expenses. He has written me an email I have PM'd to Martin.

I think that putting the gallery on art review is a very good idea, as it will definitely raise our profile and probably draw in submissions from further afield with very little effort...
