P.a. system

Post by danny » Tue Apr 22, 2008 4:30 pm

WE should swap the upstairs for the downstairs p.a. system, it's more than adequate. Those huge bass speakers we have in the cafe, don't actually do anything but take up space. The Upstairs p.a. will go on speaker stands which are useful to help spread sound around properly. More often than not when someone is performing most I can't actually make out what is being said or sung and this is partly why.

O.k. if I don't hear anything back on this thread after the next artist facilities meeting on Friday 2nd May I'll assume this is cool and start trying to find people to help swap the systems round.

what do you mean by "upstairs"? we don't have a pa in the church hall and that's the way we like it.

You can put this on the agenda for the meeting on Thursday. There's already a thread about it, go there and suggest this be discussed:

Better still come along.

This is how decisions get made, not by posting stuff on the BB and assuming everybody has read it.
