I didn't spot that. Alex, what are you trying to pull here? It's probably because it takes 30 minutes to get the kitchen ready.

Ryan: You're the one who said we wouldn't open until 10.30 when the new cash system comes in. Also, it takes close to half an hour for the machine to come on anyway, so there isn't much to be had before 10.30.
