Jack Richold - new forest artist?

Post by ravanwin » Tue May 06, 2008 4:47 pm

From Jack Richold:

I recorded 7 songs as a demo with Mikey Krumins and I would like to put
out 4 of them as an EP. Could I do it through Forest records?

I have 50 cds already and 100 plastic wallets and have designed the
cover (almost finished), so all I'd need is to use the forest printer and
guillotine for the covers and the forest computers to burn the cds
and, perhaps, some money to buy 50 more cds and 100 cd sized stickers.

I would have thought that would be under £20 directly and under £40
all together (that plus ink, paper, wear and tear)

i was going to attach a track but it doesn't seem to want to, but I can
try again if you need it.

let me know if you need any more information or want to discuss it -

Update -

i gave 4 copies to Olivier to sell in the shop. i said £3.50. I think i'll sell them at £3.50 myself as well.

Olivier says he needs to speak to Nix to confirm it.

The copies in the shop go straight to the forest. I'll give them another batch of 6 if these sell.

Jack! can't wait to hear your tunes. and i think it great if theyre on forest records. still, we really need to sort the "listening room" section of the website so people can hear stuff online too. ill take this up on a web thread too. neither 10"#1 or golden hour cd have ever been listenable/buyable online...
