I'm very reluctant to add a forum like this. If people start thinking all they need to do is suggest something and (hey presto) it will be done (by someone else), then they will be severely disappointed.
People should be doing things under their own initiative. Millions of bytes can be used in discussing something online, but folk have to realise that it's what you do and who you speak to that really counts.
Also, when it comes to implementing things in the forest, it's much more effective co-operating with people you actually know, rather than random folk you found in an online discussion. You can do anything online, on a theoretical level. The real world is different.
There is the possibility of adding a forum for 'help wanted'. There are definately roles in the forest that could do with being filled by the right people if we can find them. We already do a little bit of advertising for such roles. Adding an online forum for this seems like a sensible development.
