agenda point

kenneth le richie who has done the drawings in the stairway has asked if he could be reimbursed for material costs of £20 , for the model he hired for doing it .

as far as am aware foh has no money left . its a gray area but i dont mind us paying for it . but it may be worth discussing about how we deal with this in the future . I guess more clear and concise proposals from the artist and proper costing of the projects , so we at least we know what we are getting into when we decide yes or no , rather it being sprung on us later .

beast in july update

mhari has found that we cant get the sculpture in the cafe , its a no go . shame really . .hopefully she can do something else in future.

festival update

this is how it stands , the festival ends on the 24th .

3rd-9th open submission
10th-19th private hire (martin)
20th -24th what they could do they did (jane ?)
25th - 31th free

action day 27th

it may be better to have it earlier.

could someone book it in the action room booking book plz

There is lots of money in your annual budget. Cafe and events (which foh falls under) will get spent on the 8th bday and Happening so there isn't really anything left. Is it okay to take the £20 from your annual?

sorry, that above was bollocks! £20 was agreed from VA budget.
