hey! I had an idea for the august event book, quite different from the usual one, with the schedule of the cafe and the hall for each day.
Is someone interested on helping me with the august event managing?
I mean, I would apreciate a kind of support from a native english speaker ( :D ) who've been working at the forest for the festival at least one time who could answer some of my questions.
So if you are interested just let me know!
cheers!

i'm not sure a fancy book is needed. we don't let them fill stuff out themselves. extra sheets with space for contact details and descriptions are probably enough, with a mini calendar for the events coordinator(s).

I wanna do something like that, but with a kind of weekly diary for the event coordinatorS and maybe to put it in the kitchen and in the hall for volunteers to know more or less what's going on.

i wasnt into making a fancy book for august but something that could be used just by us , so at least there was somewhere to put stuff . ill post what i had done before i found out that x was doing one , it may be of some use . ive removed some of stuff as its not needed , times , 18 , ect

the September one could be bound very cheaply if its only a month . but if its more i think we should get it done the same as before ,

I think we should just do one for september, because people is asking for booking september and we can't answer them. And apparently we will stay in Bristo Place for september, so please do it!

Thank you very much!
