I don't mind if we put it in, so long as we don't cut it up (too much)! I'll PM Roman and see what he says - offer him 3rd and 4th then I guess, start Mike am 5th...

So, are you going to be in JP's performance then? I only ask because he was wondering if "you could swing it?"

Not a good image....

OK, Roman is ok with the swap, sooooo (ta-da) here's the all-new schedule...

3rd-4th August Loesje text Writing Workshop

Subversive poster art and workshop.

5th-9th August Mike Hinc- "My Imaginary Friends"

A digital collage and sound installation which enters into a discussion on imaginary friendship.

20th-24th August What They Could Do They Did

The fabulous London Collective hijack the gallery space for their own nefarious ends.

25th-27th August Bang Carroty and the Cardboard Cod

"Mr Sands is in the Foyer" Once upon a time, long long ago, two moustache-twirling, udder-pulling, shoulderpad-shaking mavericks, who went by the names of Bang Carroty and The Cardboard Cod, took the stag by the antlers, the cow by the udders and the West End by storm.

29th August Various Artists

A day of video art in the gallery space.

30th-31st August Jean Pierre Lapeyre-"Self Portrait as The Ladder and the Saw"."

Jack the Hard Worker was born on earth but in a different universe to this one." A combination of video, painting and live performance.

hi
have sent information and photees to the sticker project, so hope they are ok.
regarding rocca wanting to use the cafe we also have sarah foque wanting to use it. we still need to confirm this with her. she is asking for a week after the tenth of august. i think it looks good and should get her in before 24th when festival ends, photos of her stuff is in tk mail. she is asking for £20 for tape, she has some left over from degree show too. i think that £20 sounds ok esp if we leave the work up after she has finished....

If we can get Rocca organised too for the 21st as she requested then there shouldn't be any clash with Sarah Foque. I think it might be good to have more then one thing in the cfae over the festival period anyway get people used to having art-type stuff going on in there too...

there's a lot going on, that's for sure...

j s nebe has also sent his lost city dvd. i'll bring it along to meeting.

ok, if no one objects i'll tell sarah she can have week in cafe from 10th - 17th? then there will be small break before rocco...does that sound good?
i'll leave her budget decision to the meeting.

The embassy emailed us to say that they needed a TK Logo for the annuale publicity - i've sent it over along with the revised dates for the programme. i also took the liberty of naming the video day/event 'MiniVidFest' I know it's crap but i thought it needed a name...

Couple of quick questions - what's the name of the TK/forest facebook group - anybody know as Mike Hinc wants to join/use it to promote his show...

Secondly I know we're open til 3am during the festival but what time will we be opening in the mornings?

Ta!

no answers to your questions i'm afraid mike but give him an extra day sure, keep gallery full
mini vid fest great
got package today ... hooray, it looks good so i have e mailed the guys and told them that we are happy to give them a slot in future for weekend/ week, we can discuss this at next weeks meeting. would say we could put them in on monday but i feel their dvd of 1000 skip photos totally needs longer.... logos could learn a lot from it!
