We still have three shutters that are white from a couple of building days ago. A lady, Sarah, in the cafe today asked me if she could do some drawingness on them. She's a 'cartoonist' mainly doing anime style stuff.

ANIME!

I know Anime isn't to everyone's taste, but I think it's a pretty skilful cartooning technique, able to form the cutest, most bright to the most terrifying and sickening of images. This prospect has me very, very excited.

She says she'll hand in some samples. While it's up to you, and it should go through a meeting etc. and I explained all this to her, I said provisionally it should be fine.

If it's crap and everyone hates it I'll paint over it white again myself.

Well, Faith isn't going to do any more (though she planned to, and it would have been awesome) and I don't mean painting over the top of that. Just on one panel. She said she would hand in some samples, so we'll keep an eye out.

Sarah's left some quickly drawn samples for us. They're in my pigeonhole if you want a look. She's pretty solid with the style, and can do many things. She says we can tell her if we want a theme or anything.

I've asked for some yaoi. She blushed, laughed and agreed. Yeah!

No objections if I see her again? One shutter that's not Faith's? All shutters?

you can;t really see the shutter behind the decks so the one on the left of faiths i guess would be a good one for her to do

it could be its time for change . if all of them where to be done like some super mural . that would be cool . they is no point hanging on to something if the situation demands change . see what the artist wants/can to do . the big mural need chnaged too and the stairwell up to the action room . but the cafe is needs done first .

i havent looked at the stuff yet , ill have a look today . but if you think its good . then do it .

do we want some kind of byob message on them ?

I'll let her know when she's next in. Maybe it'll be something small.
