gallery vandals

Post by simone » Sat Nov 15, 2008 11:32 pm

unfortunately one of brians pictures got smashed this evening (sat) by some young kids. they were seen hastily running from crime scene.
i have informed brian and put his picture somewhere safe.
i closed gallery for rest of evening
real shame.
i was going to say to close gallery weekend evenings but i was guilty of hanging out in there on fri. maybe ok if one of us is there to 'police' it....can't believe i wrote that!
the little buggers
I saw two shooting stars last night, i wished on them, but they were only satellites.

sad..

let us pay for the glass and re glaze it on Monday

the Glaziers are:

A Jack, 0131-667 0277 Address: 133 St Leonards Street, Edinburgh, ....

if no one else has time to do it, I will.. its important to support the artists exhibiting here. .. no?

For deterrence or or otherwise? We already have a 'deterrent' camera, but the people who behave this badly are obviously too stupid to notice it...

we need a crime detection unit....its a camera that detects bad behaviour or crimes then shoots the baddies with an electric stun gun style thing. the footage is screened to a website where users take it in turn to control the electric shocks. users can also pick additional things to happen to the electrified perp...such as get Ryan to shout abuses at them in a poetry stylee, get Blue to plant them in a pot, get Chris to fire lazers at them etc etc.We have lots of brain power floating around the Forest and I believe that if Milk, Swith and Martin combined there web and electronic knowledge and I oversee the cruelty aspects of the project we can succeed in preventing crime not just from the Forest but around the whole world since we're always being watched by cameras we could fit stun guns to them all. Who's in?

On a less serious notemaybe it's time to put a sign up saying there are cameras in the gallery and we are not afraid to go to the cops?

i don;t think cameras are going to stop anyone doing anything, good or bad, linked to cops or not, as they have proven, the only advantage would be to have their identity to give them hell next time they show their ugly mugs.
