yes i think we might plan the floor job so that it will happen,
where to get the lacquer stuff, equipment etc

and, we could discuss if we are going to plan ahead the next festival - pro's and cons?

other... funding plans..? ( i.e. should we send around the appl we sent to elephant)

and what's the state of our the promo on the shows, how to do it with zilch money
